UPDATED: OCT 22, 2021 Draft pour at Snallygaster. Poured a black color with a small brown head, creamy. Aroma was actually a lot like tiramisu, chocolate cream. Cookie. Big cinnamon and vanilla. Coffee. Flavor was similar. Smooth mouthfeel. Really good, though quite sweet. I'm not sure what my rating would be if I drank a large quantity of this.

UPDATED: OCT 10, 2021 Snallygaster. Pours oily black with a tan head. Coffee, cinnamon, Vietnamese iced coffee, vanilla, dark chocolate, dark roast coffee, sweet creamy vanilla, barrel. Good body. Phenomenal.

UPDATED: DEC 4, 2019 Draft: Poured a black with light brown head. Aroma was cinnamon and coffee. Taste is super cinnamon to my palate, some boozy rum.

750ml bottle. Pours a really dark brown almost black in color and topped by a thick tan layer of foam that shows good retention before settling into a thin film and leaves streaks of lace around the glass. The aroma shows notes of dark chocolate, toasted vanilla, roasted coffee, and some cinnamon spice over a dark roasted malt base with subtle notes of amaretto and rum soaked oak. The flavor follows suit with notes of dark chocolate, rich toasted vanilla, and dark roasted coffee up front followed by the dark roasted malts and a touch of cinnamon spice. The rum soaked oak adds a touch of spice and sweetness and ties everything together with an oaky smoothness. Nearly full bodied and smooth with soft carbonation that leads to a dark chocolate, coffee, and toasted vanilla finish with some lingering cinnamon spice. They nailed the flavor components of the Tiramisu dessert without getting overly sweet and cloying. There is a nice balance throughout. Just needs the lady fingers. Excellent sweet stout from the masters of the sweet stout genre.

Near black pour with tan head. Aroma is sweet coffee. Taste is sweet cake, cream and coffee. Couple extra sips and you get dark fruit. Good stuff.

Thnx to David S. , happy birthday ! Pours black, small off white head, nearly non though. Smell is mild chocolate, full on sweet, lactose. taste is full, chocolate, mild lactic. Full roastyness, mild coffee. Nice body and low carbo. very nice indeed.

@ Beerlovers Bar. Thanks David S. Nice rum and cacao in aroma. Taste is pastry all over the place. Sweet cake with vanilla and coffee. A tad cinnamon. Complex for this kind of stout. Multilayered. Nice full and sticky palate. Aftertaste is rum and chocolate.
