UPDATED: AUG 17, 2023 Clear. Aroma is melon light floral light booze. Taste is sweet melon light sour freshness. Some spicy booze later. Not bad.

UPDATED: DEC 20, 2022 Dry and boozy, with undertones of pear and honey, followed by a touch of vanilla and a warm finish. Nice.

UPDATED: AUG 1, 2022 300ml bottle, served chilled. Crystal clear and colourless. Slightly sweet aroma, melon, alcohol. Taste also has a very light sweetness, notes of melon or lychee, light alcohol burn, very dry finish. Very nice.

UPDATED: AUG 2, 2021 Bottle, Wegmans. Off water color (hint of some tine in there), no bubbles. Nose is rice, hint of coconut, hint of fruit. Smells very dry. Flavor is lightly sweet rice, coconut, light fruitiness. A bit boozy, dry. Not bad.

UPDATED: JAN 27, 2019 30cl Bottle. Gift from a friend. Cristal clear colour with no head. Aroma is rice, plum. Taste follows the aroma. Light body, no carbonation.

Clear pale watery to slightly yellowish sake. Aroma: smells like very concentrated urine or fish sauce when you are smelling the bottle, in the glass it's more cheesy, grains, alcohol, cow fodder, yeast, little funky, more alcohol, bit nutty. MF: light body, watery texture. Taste: bit yeasty, little bitter, white bread, alcohol notes. Aftertaste: bit funky, cheese rinds, little bitter, alcohol, pretty weird.

Clear watery colour. Aroma of rice, rice water, polished rice. Quite align alcoholic. Light sweet, dry flavour, rice, light nutmeg. Sweet and dry finish.

Bottle sample. Clear, still. Aroma of melon and raw bread. Taste is sweet with light berries and nuts. Nice one.

Color transparente, aromas especiados con notas a alchol sabor dulce cuerpo ligero.

30cl bottle, slightly chilled. Very pale color. Lightly fruited nose, plums, grapes. Delicate flavors of green apple, rice, plums. Soft, light texture, sweet finish. Only slight alcohol warmth.
