UPDATED: JAN 6, 2024 2014 bottle. Creamy brown head on a mahogany coloured body. Roasted, liquorice, chocolate & bitter tastes with a huge boozy finish. Lost a bit of body but this aged very well.

UPDATED: OCT 21, 2022 Tölkki @ Alko. Kaatuu snifteriin sysimustana, paksuna ja noin sormen paksuisella tummalla vaahdolla. Tuoksussa on todella paljon lakritsia ja soijaa, kevyemmin makeaa hedelmää ja maitosuklaata. Maku on myös lakritsinen ja soijainen, mutta nyt kahvinen paahde on voimakasta, luumuinen hedelmäisyys myös on läsnä. Suklaatakin löytyy taka-alalta. Suutuntuma on paksu, makeahko ja hieman katkeruuttakin löytyy. Tumma, syvä ja tuhti IS, hyvä ja tasapainoinen kokonaisuus.

UPDATED: DEC 13, 2019 Can. 2018, 11.5% abv. Dark brown with a brown head. Sherry, chocolate, prune, some roastiness, cherry in the nose, rich bitter taste with cooked pear, cinnamon, vanilla, cocoa taste. Full body, roasty, slightly alcoholic finish, chocolate notes.

UPDATED: AUG 13, 2019 The aroma of coffee, a black crust of bread, dark chocolate and a little barrel. Black as oil with a little brown foam. The taste is dark chocolate and black coffee. The finish is dry and bitter. The body is dense, carbonation is small.
