UPDATED: JAN 7, 2020 The pour looked pale amber in color and there were may small floaters in suspension to show off the unfiltered nature of the beer. The head was pretty small though, topping off at less than one finger thick. The citric smell was quite potent, and evident at even an arms length, as the glass sat on the table. Bringing it closer revealed grapefruit and peach predominantly. The taste was quite sour at first, which was a little surprising. The acidic taste evoked citrus fruits, and the bitterness was quite subdued. There was a some hop resin in the finish, giving this beer a slightly gummy feel. You can feel the freshness of the hops quite clearly. Nice find at the local liquor store. beer_rookie (1017) - Arkansas, USA - JAN 6, 2020
UPDATED: JAN 6, 2020 Pours an orange bronze color. One finger white head. Okay retention, great lacing. Lightly hazy. BlackHaddock (10586) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - JAN 4, 2020
Aroma is heavily hoppy. Lots of grass, lots of bitter hay and pine...yet not overwhelming. A lot of floral. Hoppy, but not bitter...
Taste is floral and bitter. Fresh and earthy.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied. Sticky and kinda oily. Well hidden alcohol. Smooth and clean.
Overall it’s good. Not quite what I think of as a pale, but delicious. I would recommend it and would buy it again.
UPDATED: JAN 4, 2020 Pint, on-tap in Selma's Chicago Pizzeria, San Juan Capistrano; 3rd Jan 2020. Mini haze to the amber pour, off-white crown. Mild citrus notes in both the nose and taste play with the light malty base to give a crisp, hoppy feel to the brew. EKGoldings (758) - Radford, Virginia, USA - NOV 28, 2019
UPDATED: NOV 28, 2019 Tap, Miller’s CVille. Pours hazy light amber. Nice head, takes a walk after a few minutes. Aroma of NE IPA style hops (Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe and friends). Aroma is outstanding if you like these hops, bitterness balances the malt. I’m not the biggest fan of the style but it’s well made. At 7.2%, I think the alcohol is well hidden. One of the cleaner beers I’ve had from Lagunitas (thanks Heineken). jdcolvin (2) - - NOV 15, 2019 does not count

UPDATED: OCT 24, 2019 12 oz bottle rating. Slightly hazy golden body with a nice white head. Aroma of fresh citrus, grass, hops. But balanced with caramel malts. Really good. I wish I could see some more fresh hop APA's on the market. This is very enjoyable. ttutony (1163) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 22, 2019
UPDATED: OCT 22, 2019 Really great grassy and floral hop aroma. Similar flavors on the palate with moderate bitterness bpreo (3475) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - OCT 19, 2019
UPDATED: OCT 19, 2019 Not my kind of Pale Ale. The flavors just are not to my liking. Too bad, but 7.2% alcohol is nice. Borup (19922) - Albertslund, DENMARK - AUG 19, 2019
