UPDATED: MAR 15, 2018 Ikke flydende brunkage men en god juleøl, der vil passe godt til anden, den har også alkohol nok til det.

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2016 Bottle. Pours hazy amber with fading offwhite head. Aroma has light malt, light bread, somewhat sweet with caramel and honey and fruity with yeast esters and spices. Taste is semi-sweet malty with biscuit and caramel and some fruityness along with estery notes. Also slightly spicy with coriander and orange peel. Finish is balanced sweet, malty and fruity but texture is too carbonated.

Bottle. Pours hazy caramel amber with huge white head. Aroma is very intense of malt, grain, Belgian Ale yeast, apple seeds and hints if dried ginger. Taste is medium sweet, light to medium acidic and light bitter. Body is light oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and sour with notes that follow the nose plus notes of pineapple and cloves. Very refreshing
