Pours clear, almost like water. Aroma is parma violets. Taste is sharply acidic parma violets, slight acidic apple, a hint of apple sweet.

Bottled. Pours pale rice water with a quick fizz, quite unappealing. Viola candy aroma and taste. That's about it.

UPDATED: NOV 29, 2017 Fat på MBCC 2017. Rolig och annorlunda, men inte min typ av grej. Smak av sockervatten, viol och vanilj. Blekgul, vatten lik kulör

On tap at Mash. Golden colour with small white head. Fruit and floral aroma. Sweet, floral, honey, fruit taste. Medium body.

Svartvit (1040) - NETHERLANDS - AUG 24, 2017
Bottle at home. Pours like a clear soda, light green tint to it, tiny head that quickly fizzes away. Smells of violet, honey, a bit of yoghurt, vanilla, berries, quite floral, like a classy perfume. Also getting some nuts and oak in the taste. Remember this way sweeter on Borefts actually. I miss some of that initial sweetness here.

Frisch vom Hahn im Protokoll. Sieht aus wie Brause und schmeckt auch so. Etwas blumig. Gut für den Sommer und erinnert an Holundersekt.

33cl nice artistic blue bottle, which I got from benzai. Apperance: Clear body with a light greenish tone, on top sits a small softdrinkish head that quickly dissapears. Aroma: violets, Honey a hint of yoghurt and a hint of reddish fruits. Taste:Follows it, taste like greek honey and almmond yoghurt but less sweet and with some red fruits,Violet tones. Subdued sweetness, Quite nice. medium body, light sparkling carbonation. Interesint mead, it does a lot of things slighty different as the other meads I had so far,

330 ml cool blue bottle... Pours a hazy hay color with a big bubbly head that dissipates quickly. Aromas of spicy fresh cut apples and lilacs. Dry and subtle flavors of same. Dusty. A light summery mead...

Bottle @ home. Label states 6.9%. Very pale (almost watery) color, slightly hazy. No head. Aroma’s: sweet, perfumey, honey, light fragrant flowers. Retronasal it’s sweet, a bit artificial actually, buttery, vanilla, fruity. Flavor is not sweet at all actually, light sour even, but almost neutral. Light bodied. Not much of a finish. Seems like aromatized soda water, with a hint of alcohol. Not my thing.

danlo (3463) - Darlington, Durham, ENGLAND - MAY 18, 2017
330ml bottle from Beergium.com. Pale yellow colour with a white foam head that dissipates away. Aroma of fruity floral violet candy and honey. Taste is sweet, musky, honey, oxidized biscuity flavour, with floral violet notes. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry finish. OK but tastes abit oxidized
