Bottle from a Delhaize in Bruges. Pours hazy golden with a big, frothy, white head. The aroma contains (bitter) hops, hay, yeast, straw, citrus and apple. It tastes light fruity sweet and medium hoppy bitter, with a shortish, dry, yeasty finish. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Not very pronounced in aroma or taste; the more in its drying effect - too yeasty too for my tongue.

from la Mise en Bière; canned - clear golden-bronze beer with a solid foam left; resiney hoppiness with notes of quinces; medium-bodied, juicy and a bit sweet; shy bitterness; long fruity and resiney finish

Bottle from Delhaize, Brugge, Belgium, consumed at home Sunday 17th September 2017 whilst making potted shrimps. Light gold with an excellent clarity, with a sheen of film. Amazed that this is only 29 IBU, it maybe a Belgian Ale but it's bitterness and flavour profile is flinty, mineral and tastes more like a Belgian ale/pilsner crossover. Hoppy burps, like it. Goldgelb schöner schaum, im Geruch hopfig citrus etwas Mandarine etwas würzig, im Geschmack kräftig herb und die selben fruchtigen Aromen wie im Geruch, harzig kräuterig am Gaumen, nicht übel

Can at BeerDock Leek. Pours a hazy pale amber colour with a medium white head. Aroma of lime, some orange, subtle pale malts and slight spicy hops. Taste of lime, orange, subtle fruit, slight yeast and some spicy hops. Medium bodied and high carbonation. A dry, slightly tangy, spicy fruit hop bitterness in the finish. It’s not bad at all, crisp and refreshing with a lot of hop presence. Just highly carbonated and a very bitter finish. Can’t believe it’s 29IBU.

33 cl can. BBE 05/2018.
Pours clear golden color with a large white head. Malty aroma with some orange peel, mild hops and faint yeast. Flavor is malty bitter, slightly grassy and grainy too, orange and some citrus on the aftertaste. A bit rough around the edges, the hops feel somewhat old too.

Bottle @ home. Quite a boring blonde beer with a slight iron taste. Not unpleasant to drink but has not a lot to offer.

Bottle. A Belgian ale you say? Okay, surprisingly bitter for Belgian. Traditional yeast taste / aroma is almost not there. The beer excels in hoppiness but there’s still some work to do on finish. Looking forward to 60 and 90
