Cask pour@Tilquin English Beer Festival V/2015. Mildly floral, wild honey, vaguely herbal nose. White grape and earthy woodbranch in taste against a wildflower pollen backdrop, making the most of a reticent continental hop. Overly long, unbalanced bitter finish with some harsher obstructions in between.

Lovely Hallertau blanc IPA. Had this from tap but also bottled version. From tap, very hopforward. Aroma of peach, citrus, a bit piney, some malts and alcohol. Taste is very nice, again peach and citrus, malty and a nice aftertaste. Bottled version was different, with yeast has a bit of an off flavor, some yoghurt (lactobacil) but also nice aroma from this amazing hop. Quite nice IPA

Draft @ Tilquin English beer festival, 2015. Dorée-orangée, col blanc. Arôme au bouquet fleuri bien exotique et tropical, léger rétro fleuri noble allemand en retrait. Palais est un peu sec, houblonné fleuri et un fruité rappelant le raisin blanc et ananas. Le Hallertau semble être un rajout et procure une certaine sécheresse entre floral et fruité. Pour ma part, le profil est clairement pas axé sur le Hallertau.

Kolor ?ó?ty, m?tny. Piana bia?a, drobno p?cherzykowa, krótkotrwa?a. W aromacie cytrusy, ale lekko, bez przesady. Smak troch? mydlany i jakby perfumowany, co prawda s? cytrusu ale s?abo. Goryczka ?rednia, chmielowa. Jestem troch? zawiedziony.
