Navigation Tavern Autumn Beer Festival 2016. Almost black in appearance. Has a mildly gritty roasted malt aroma and taste, with a sweetness apparent in the latter.

I used to avoid porter. I used to think they were scary and horrid and you could only have one as a night cap cos they were cloying and almost savoury perhaps? This is a very nice session beer that puts pay to all that. Very nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
