0,5 l bottle from a local Hol´Ab! market. Murky flat golden with a two finger head in the glass. Low sweet malty and fruity smell. Taste is fruity, some sweetness, low malt in the background. Little bit dry. Thin. Above average carbonation. Again a beer from Apostelbräu, that can not really convince.

Dark blond colour with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour are quite light and mild. Subtle malt sweetness. An inoffensive thirst quencher.

Hellbraune Farbe, gleichmäßig trüb. Cremefarbener, feinporiger Schaum.

Bottle from the brewery - hazy golden color, white head. smells unusual. taste is grainy, spicy, weizen-like but without the banana feeling and the sweetness. rather dry and a bit bitter in the finish. carbonation is low. some citrus notes. I needed a bit to get used to the unusual taste but I think I really like it! Great!

Half Litre bottle poured into Pint Shaker. A: Fairly dark shade of amber, hazy, medium sized head, good retention. S: Yeasty phenols. T: A combination of grain and slightly sour cooking apples which lingered for a while. M: Texture was on the thick side of medium, not much carbonation. O: This went along the lines of a Weizen, but without the heavy clove and banana.

UPDATED: MAR 17, 2017 0.5l bottle from bavarian beer set in marktkauf/edeka. pours a cloudy deep golden with a small white head. aroma of wood, rye bread, biscuit, and coriander seeds. flavour is more like weizen: dough, a hint of banana and cloves, sour cream, coriander. dusty mouthfeel. interesting.
