COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Agradable.

33cl bottle thanks to Lowenbrau Appearance: Hazy deep golden with a 2 fingers sized white frothy head,Moderate retention. Head leaves some lacing spots. Aroma: Estery, yeasty, gras and grapes. Taste: Grass, grains, marzipan and quite some yeast. Light sweet and quite some bitterness and a strong dry bitter but yeasty finish. Medium body, slightly above average carbonation, Ok brew, but expected a bit more from. This while the carbonation is sparkling when drinking., it’s a bit too much burping promoting in the end.

Bottled, thanks fombe89! Almost clear golden, rich firm head. Grassy nose with some marzipan. Mid dry with medium body and rounded, crisp mouthfeel. Marzipany belgian style yeast character, mild citrus and grass. Mid bitter finish. A timid but thoroughly well brewed beer that goes really well with the Afuega’l pitu cheese that was also included in my trade with fombe89.
