On tap at Himmeriget. Dark pour with a tan head. Notes of blueberries, milk coffee, cocoa, milk chocolate, berries (I get a hint of raspberries, for some reason). Smooth texture, bitter-sweet and lightly sour. Nice. Itzjerm (3358) - Taft, Tennessee, USA - FEB 23, 2018
Not much nose. Flavor is blueberry juice and coffee acidity. Thin head. Average.

650ml bottle from Jim’s in Mundelein, cellared 2 months and shared with bananabi11. Black pour with a well-carbonated brownish red head. Aroma has big berry. Later there is caramel, chocolate and some ash. A touch of plastic. Fairly tart. Taste is of sweet malts, berries, some chocolate and cherries. Medium to full bodied, with solid carbonation. The blend is decent but no better. There is an alcohol presence. Finishes sweet and tart. Decent, interesting, but no better. 13.4 IndianaRed (5499) - Boise, Idaho, USA - OCT 26, 2016
Bottle share. Black with a thin light tan head. I dont get much blueberry in this but a rather sharp tobacco like roast bite. Smooth body and a little boozy. Interesting. stevoj (6678) - Boise, Idaho, USA - OCT 16, 2016
22oz bottle from last night’s share. Typical pour for a stout, deep and dark with the prerequisite beige head. Then it gets interesting. Both the blueberries and barrel aging come out in the aroma , and follow through to the taste. The berry sweetness blends well with the roast grain bitterness, all bound together by the wooden barrel notes and boozy whiskey flavors. Warm and tasty.
