Not fully convinced. I don’t think that German pilseners have enough body to carry the taste above 5% ABV without starting to taste more of alcohol. This brew could have been so much better.

Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160417]
