@le Triangle, Paris - pretty clear golden beer with a decent head retention; hoppy aroma of passion fruit; subtle carbonation and a good malt backbone; quite bitter and very dry fruity and flowery hoppy finish

Draft at the brewpub. This was the first beer sampled. Great start! The APA poured a clear gold color with white head and lacing. Floral hops on the nose. The ale has a medium body with average carbonation. The mild hop structure is very appealing. The finish was very dry. This is a small brewpub would visiting in Paris.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. A nice biscuit malt with light grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice. In mouth, biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, white grapefruit pulp, resinous, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Wow, I’m impressed. The brewer/owner of this small new brewpub wasn’t quite happy yet with this beer... But I honestly hope he doesn’t change much. Okay, perhaps it’s quite a dirty looking beer, but I don’t mind. And in general it has all the positive qualities if a master homebrew. Crazy huge hops, freshness, unrestrained, appealing, citrus, tropical fruit and modern. Loads if character also from the Base malts, some amber and toast. Taste is strong bitter and hugely full bodied for the abv. Impressive. On the other hand, it has the fermentation qualities of a professional brewery, super dry and certainly saison like. Damn impressive brew. If anything that follows is of the same quality and interesting like this, I’ll have to go here all the time... (On tap at the brewpub)
