COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Newest Tributary Series Beer has been released…. Pharmer’s Daughter Blonde Ale was brewed with Coriander Honey and is ready for your enjoyment. We took one of the more middle of the road beer styles and put a little flavor spin with the addition on local Coriander Honey sourced from our friends at Island of the Moon Apiaries in Woodland, California. The honey was added to the fermenter at the end of primary fermentation to induce a secondary fermentation and to minimize flavor and aroma loss. The honey produced a wonderful black licorice character to the beers finish.

[email protected] - hazy dark blond beer under a solid foamy head; perfumy and light mineral aroma with notes of honey and chewy fruits; sweet and with a good malt backbone; residual sweetness; more honey and notes of chewy oranges marmalade in the finish

Tap at Erzbierschof Liebefeld. Aroma of pure honey with some other forest stuff. Pine needles. Lively carbonation, medium body, yet feels light without getting watery. Dry with lots of honey until the very end. Incredibly tasty.

[email protected], Copenhagen - golden pour with white head. Aroma and taste is grassy hoppy and light toasty malty, some grass, hay, easy going blonde. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a huge, creamy and white head. Aroma is toasted malty and slight fruity. Fruity, grassy and light bitter to herbal. Dry, bitter and slight herbal. Mild fruity to grassy finish, light yeastie note.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of honey, warm dirt, malt, flowers, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, honey, flowers, peaches, and hops, leading to a dry finish.

On tap @ The Abbey Trappist Pub. Hazed sort of orange in color with white foam. Some citrus peel nose along with biscuit malts, honey, and a hint of spice. Maybe a light herbal note? There’s some grainy sweetness to the flavor which I don’t really care for. Slightly tangy on the finish and a fair amount of citrus on the back end. Not my favorite.

Tap at the West Coast Invitational 2015. Pours really hazy, but not dirty, gold with a white head. Aroma is sort of a honey tinged wit. But with med body and firm flavors. Flavor has honey notes, a little citrus, arguably a touch of anise, but firm in all it’s flavors. Not a light throw away golden ale. Rather wonderful.
