COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A delicate yet pungent showcase for Mosaic hops, this riff on our favorite blonde ale has just the pale malt bill in common with her sister beer, Eureka. Delicate and pleasantly hoppy, with aromatic and flavorful notes of fleshy papaya, orange juice, and mango, you’ll have a hard time believing this one is so sessionable. Refined and bright, this is the perfect beer for any occasion. We are absolutely in love with the Mosaic edition!

Can, by way of a trade with Leighton. Cheers! Fully hazy, vivid, yellow gold. Sticky foam of white. Nose has soft, estery yeast. Bready malts. Light, lemony sherbet. Notes of peach, white pear, and sweet orange. Taste is light dry, with a soft, yeasty, citrusy bitterness. Light body. Bright carbonation. Light, citrus bitterness to finish. Great stuff, as you’d expect.

Shared a can with Erica. Pours clear gold with a frothy white head. Beautiful aroma, loads of hops, grapefruit, tangerine, peach. Light sweet flavor with lots of juicy citrus fruits, some tropical notes, light pale bread sugars, more peach, nectarine, tangerine. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pithy and juicy in the finish, more tangerine, faint pine, light rind. Thanks for the trade JB.

Wife and I thought this was their best beer by far. Nose wafts out and makes the whole house smell great. Mostly tropical. Though the can said mosaic on bottom this one was missing the earthy notes. Love this.

16 oz. can.(14 days old). Hazy, cloudy appearance. Aroma is simply inviting. Bright orange and lemon citrus, light pale malts, and just a hint of dried flowers. I got to say I didn’t remember that this series was a blonde ale base, whoa! Citrus mixed with tropical fruit. Juicy.

The mouthfeel is soft and supple with a mild carbonation level. The greatest character of this brew is the amount of citrus that comes from this Mosaic blend. I could drink this every day and twice on Tuesday.

A 1 pint can, canned on 26th July 2017. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass. It was a hazy golden straw yellow colour with a big three finger frothy white head that had decent retention and left some nice sticky lacing. Aromas of under ripe mango, apricot and pineapple followed by citrus rind, grapefruit, melon, grass and pine. Tastes of mango and apricot with strong orange rind, lemon zest and grapefruit. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, body is heavier than expected, but much like the Citra version, it was very nice and refreshing with lots of tropical and citrus fruitiness.

16oz can from the brewery- pours light yellow with thin latticing. Very pungent with strong citrus aromas of mango and papaya. Bitter on the tongue but smooths out on the back end. It's one of the most aromatic beers i've had but the taste doesn't seem to match. I was expecting a citrus explosion but I think that the citrus is overshadowed by the mosaic hops. Overall, i love what these guys do but this beer just isn't in my wheelhouse. Perhaps it's the mosaic hops or perhaps it's because it's a month old. One thing I've seemed to notice is that many of these new beers are meant to be consumed fresh. Think i would pass on this version if i'm up there again.

Can into a tulip showing lightly filtered yellowish orange with sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of lime, citrus, and light notes of dank cannabis. The palate is medium bodied and highly carbonated. Moderately intense notes of citrus and lime with a light bitterness on the finish.
