Draft glass @ CML Fontainas. Clear golden, soapy white head. Soapy upfront with sweet citrus, low white wine funk buried way in the back, white grape, barnyard. Could be bit drier, less soapy, not sweetness. Finish is quite nice, pretty neat overall.

Sampled from tap at ’Craftbeer Corner Coeln’ as ’Bière de Saison (Blend)’ at 4.9% abv. Slightly hazy, straw yellow with a white head. A bit sweetish, slightly sourish, fruity and slightly funky aroma of lemon peel, rhubarb, hay and some barnyard. Moderately sour, a bit sweetish, dry, fruity-grassy and slightly funky taste of lemon peel, pineapple, hay, some barnyard and a touch of rhubarb, followed by a short, moderately tart, rather dry, moderately funky finish. Thin to medium body, a bit astringent and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very refreshing!
