COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our enhanced version of Summer St. IPA features a secondary dry hopping with Simcoe which leads to a fuller mouthfeel, amplified nose, and an intensified depth of grassy, raw hop character. Double Dry Hopped Summer Street is hazy, sunflower gold in appearance with strong aromatics of pine and lemon. Bold flavors of juicy tangerine, pine resin, and green pear dominate the palate with modest bitterness and a dry finish.

Barwa złota piwo mętne. Aromat intensywny chmielowy, dużo cytrusów, trochę żywicy i trawa. W smaku lekko słodkie, z mocno trawiastym i granulatowym posmakiem. Goryczka wysoka, grejpfrutowa, orzeźwiające.

473 ml can from Sander - many thanks! - at home. Canned 1.8.2018. Pours a murky dark yellow with a white head. The aroma is very hoppy - fresh citric fruits, orange, tangerine, some grapefruit, quiet some pine, some grass, some dankness. Medium to medium full body with a soft carbonation, a light to medium sweetness and a light to medium bitterness. The flavor is similar to the smell - hoppy with tangerine, grapefruit, some mango, quiet some resin and pine. Finishes rather dry with a long lasting light to medium, hoppy bitterness. The hops really shine - nice melange between the juicy citric flavors and the bitter, resinous, piney noes. Smooth to drink and really good!

On tap at Trillium, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of yeast, dank hops and bitter pine. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of yeast, dank hops and abrasive bitterness. Too yeasty and bitter. This isn’t working for me.
