UPDATED: DEC 22, 2018 Ever so slightly hazy golden and peach coloured body with a tint of copper, all with a thinnish, single centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of grass, hay, light grain, a touch of light metal and some more astringent yeast and biscuity notes. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and very caramely flavour with some toffee and grain with a big punch of grain towards the finish and a light bready/yeast flavour at the tail end. Aftertaste shows the grain, perhaps the smallest dose of German hops around, as well as a more earthy and nutty finish from the malts with a decent balance of sugar through and through. Overall, a decent enough, drinkable and palatable beer that doesn't show any 'pale ale' notes, but does show some decent malt and sweet flavours throughout and a nice balance. I sampled this 500 mL can as Day Twenty-One [of twenty-four] of the 2018 Christmas Advent Calendar, purchased from Costco in Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia on 30-September-2018 for US$59,99/twenty-four, sampled at my house here in Washington on 21-December-2018. 33cl bottle. A clear dark golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of sweetish grainy malt, straw, grains. Taste of dry sweetish grainy sweet malt, straw, traces of honey, low bitterness. Boring! klukas (569) - Rijeka, CROATIA - SEP 4, 2018
Enjoyed: Poured from a bottle into shaker glass.
Appearance: Clear amber colour; small head.
Aroma: Grains, malt, honey, caramel.
Palate: Medium body; light/soft carbonation.
Taste: Malt, grains, bread, hops, fruits, bittersweet, caramel aftertaste.
Overall impression: Easy, unobtrusively, drinkable, interesting taste. It would be better if head is bigger and aroma is stronger.

from Aldi - hazy dark blond beer with a good head retention; spicy and peanutty hoppiness; low carbonation; papery, earthy bitterness, spicy and malty finish mkcmagico (456) - Mezokövesd, HUNGARY - AUG 19, 2018
0,33 bottle. Homer321 (5352) - Melboring, Florida, USA - AUG 4, 2018
Can found in back of fridge from that variety pack. Aroma is dirty malt and dust. Pour is clear deep gold with small white head. Tatse is all oxidation and dust and dirt. No bueno.
