UPDATED: MAY 27, 2023 Czarne. Piana, jak na styl, potężna. Brązowa, zanikająca. Aromat to poezja. Gładkie. Słodko gorzkie. Nieco alkoholowe. W posmaku to co było w aromacie. Kompozycja z trzech ziarenek godna królewskiego podniebienia. Ze względu na wyczuwalny alkohol żałuję że nie przetrzymałem trochę tego piwa (może i by się ułożył). I tak jest genialne.

UPDATED: MAY 13, 2023 330ml Can from Trembling Madness, York. Black with a thin tan head of foam. It has a very rich chocolate, vanilla, liquorice and coconut flavour with oak and spirit notes on the smooth milk chocolate, woody, leather and coconut finish. Amazing!

UPDATED: MAR 28, 2023 Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Colin. An oily dark black brown coloured pour with a decent tan cap. Aroma is big toasted cinnmoan, boozy, cedar, raw wood, perfume, coffee. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, sticky brown sugars, toasted cinnamon bun, brandy snap sugars, booze, perfume, jamaican cake. Palate is sweet and sticky, mellow carbonation. packs a punch.

UPDATED: MAR 5, 2023 Can at home, from Beermerchants online, 05/03/23. One I had presumed I'd already rated many times over! Black with a good sized tan covering. Nose is dark malts, charr, roast, coffee bean, chocolate. Taste comprises coffee bean, good tonka bite, charr, roast malts, spice, vanilla. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced spike of alcohol. Solid impy stout ... the Tonka does its job as usual and steers away from an overly sweet product.

UPDATED: FEB 11, 2023 Pours pitch black with a layer of brownish head that recedes pretty quickly, no lacing. In the aroma: a very intense soft feeling of strong milk chocolate with clear notes of vanilla. Very intense aroma as mentioned, also very monotonous. A bit more complexity in the taste: the slightest hint of roasted malts, but still dominated by the soft pastry feel, with strong milk chocolate and vanilla, plus a hint of marzipan. A light, pleasant warming feel, with well hidden alcohol. Very sweet in both taste and aftertaste, on the verge of too sweet though it's a clean/flawless sweetness. Quite dense in body (actually not that much for the abv) with light to medium carbonation, resulting in a very soft, creamy mouthfeel. The beer was overall flawless and not unpleasant but to like this you have to like your stout very sweet, very creamy and very pastry, which is not really my thing.

UPDATED: JAN 5, 2023 Can thanks to Hunter. Pours black with large frothy tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong roast, dark chocolate, licorice, spice. Slick body, cocoa, licorice, marzipan, spice, boozy finish, very good.
