PowY (2113) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - NOV 10, 2018
From cask at Craft Beer Festival Thun 2018, at 4.9% ABV. Murky dark golden to light amber color with a white head. The aroma is lightly malty and yeasty with herbal notes, dough, mash, lightly fruity notes, overripe pears. Medium body with a very soft carbonation, a light sweetness and a medium bitterness. The flavor is medium hoppy, lots of earthy, herbal, bitter hops, some bready malt in the back, rye bread, hints of toffee. Finishes with a distinct, lasting, hoppy bitterness. Strong character.

- hazy amber-orange beer under a long lasting creamy beige foam; yeasty and caramelish aroma with a fair flowery hoppiness; velvety palate and a good malt backbone; very low carbonation, decently bitter and with a long flowery and light spicy hoppy finish; quite dry - nice stuff
Amber color with nice white head. Nice malt body, with the Real Ale berries character and quite some aroma hops. Low carbonation, finish is bitter and a bit off, metallic. Too bad, it was very promising until then. nassoro (38) - Neuchatel, SWITZERLAND - JUL 16, 2015
Spot on. Utterly drinkable, nice malt, hit of hops. On pump really helped give a nice head with a great texture.
