Bottled@Himmeriget, Copenhagen. Black colour with a mediumsized brown head. Aroma is coffee, liquorice, alcohol, some roasted notes along with very nice sweet cookies and chocolate to it. Flavour is very similar, but has quite a big wooden touch to it. A bit too much of everything, making it slightly messy in the flavour.

Bottle at Himmeriget. Poured a deep rich black colour with a mocha coloured small head on top. Nose on this beast is incredible. So much going on in the beer. Sweet Italian desert with a big note of the finest smooth bourbon around. Deep roasted notes, chocolate fudge, Italian desert cookies, sweet hazlenuts, molasses, sweet bourbon covered biscotti’s, sweet wooden notes, vanilla sweetness. Incredible full mouthfeel. Maybe the best beer ever produced by evil Twin. Amazing

MotherBrother (964) - Aalborg, DENMARK - JUL 30, 2016
Pour a jet black, with as good as no head. Aroma has plenty of bourbon goodness to go around. Vanilla, toffee, wet wood, slight toasted nuts, slight head, slight booze, slight banana and toasted coconut from the barrel. Taste is rather sweet up front, with a nive and balancing bitter middle and end. Semi full bodied, with a somewhat flat carbonation. good stuff, that really showcases the barrel Work put into this.
