COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle conditioned; Regular

Normal.

Aromas et flavours are roasty/chocolaty/malty/smoky. Well balanced bitterness. No oversweetness. Nice and creamy foam. Loved this beer ! Not enough yeast in my opinion though.

FROTHINGSLOSH (7901) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 11, 2015
Mom brought this one back from a trip to France +++ Sampled from an 11.2 oz brown bottle this beer poured a very dark brown - almost black color with orange highlights and a large creamy beige head that lingered and left exceptional lacing. The aroma was dryish and malty with notes of black licorice, cherry and malted milk. The flavor was tart, bitter and very medicinal with notes of cherry, wood, red wine and a vague herbal presence. Long finish with a growing medicinal presence that overwhelmed. Each sip became worse than the one before. Medium body. Awful.
