UPDATED: FEB 2, 2019 Bottle. Fruity, tropical aroma, kiwi, Gooseberry, mango.
Hazy yellow, low head. Medium light body, sparkly, lightly medicinal, bandaid on the palate, salty tartness, light barn, fruit peeks through grain, lost a lot of the fruits though. SinH4 (11171) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - FEB 2, 2019
UPDATED: FEB 2, 2019 Bottle, 5.1%, many thanks anstei! Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is very nice gooseberries, mineraly, a touch yoghurt, very balanced. Taste is gooseberries, lacto, dough, mineraly, yoghurt funk and wood funk, a touch too acidic maybe. If you leave it on the tongue too long, some bandaid flavours arise. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Well done, but the aroma is better than the flavour. PowY (2455) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - NOV 16, 2018
330 ml bottle at home at 5.1% ABV, bottled 5.7.2018. Pours a hazy golden with a quickly disappearing small white head. The aroma is funky, moldy, lightly musty with some glueish notes, cherry gums, ripe apples, hay, peppery - a little weird but not bad at all and pretty unique. Medium body with a light but somehow aggressive carbonation, a medium sourness and a light to medium tartness. The flavor starts with citric acidity, some vinegar, lemon juice, unripe red currant, unripe gooseberries, followed by leather, wood and tart fruity notes. Finishes dry and tart. Overall crisp and acidic, refreshing with quite some funk. Pretty good.

- fully cloudy lactic-orange beer with a little white foam left; very fresh citrusy, pear-ish aroma, hints of apples and yeast; moderate malt backbone, low carbonation, very dry, light bitter and solidly sourish; very citrusy finish with more notes of pears and mango - fresh, lively and deeply pleasant
