A bottle, which I've been dying to try for a long time, courtesy of the incredibly generous AdamChandler. This is a great combination of the best bits of Hill Farmstead and SARA. It's got an unworldly aroma of funk and barnyard, with some light apple, cider, and white wine aromas. The funk continues, with a nice leather/fruit/floral/Brett taste, a light malt base, and a complex and delicate finish with a lot of wine barrel notes. If I could only drink one beer for the rest of my life, it would be something like this. charule (2306) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 12, 2017

Magnum shared by AdamChandler. The flavor of sour citrus, sour malted wheat, over ripe fruits, a bit of acidic notes and grass.
The flavor has a white wine, presence that lingers through the the sip. The funk is Brettanomyces forward, have a mineral note with a super bone dry texture. Refreshing and easy to drink.
