cheers to my cousin for providing this beer. A little age on it, ’07 bottle. caged. amber color, tan head. aroma orange zest, brown sugar with some malts and fruits bitterness. flavors, lingering bitterness of the orange zest used in the beer, nice bready malt profile with some touch of brown sugar. Triple fermentation, despite its age, the beer retained a nice malty character. Sadly, too much yest in the bottle forced to stop pouring leaving about 1/4 of the beer in the bottle.

chriso (7540) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 1, 2006
Bottle at the London Gathering, November 2005. Sludgy amber colour. A bit musty and cheesy. Very yeasty, with some tart, hoppy notes on the palate. Cutrious and all over the place, but I didn’t find it unpleasant.

Mungo (2470) - Southampton, Hampshire, ENGLAND - NOV 16, 2005
Bottle @ London Gatherying, Nov 05. Appley with some malt and a thin body. Despite nothing being out of the ordinary I thought I came together quite well.
