UPDATED: DEC 8, 2023 200ml bottle @ home. Pours a very clear copper colour with no head. Nose is tart apples and apples skins. Flavour is tasty tart apples with a following of tart apple pulp. Thick bodied, no carbonation, and a high sweetness with some acidity. Yum, apple goodness.

UPDATED: DEC 8, 2023 Poured from 200mL bottle (2019 vintage). Clear gold with no head. Slightly syrupy, apple, feint apple acidity. Decent. Possible mild oxidation (1.5 months re-corked in fridge).

Taste: along the same lines, extremely intense flavour, nicely balanced high sweet and moderate acidity, lits of caramelized sour apples. Overall: very nice!

UPDATED: JUL 21, 2023 2016 vintage, huge thanks Gene! Clear golden body. Caramelly, buttery notes in the otherwise appley aroma. Sweet apple notes in the taste, spicy, herbal touches, light caramel and bitterness. Oh wow, this is very tasty, as expected!
