Gelungener Collaboration-Sud.

Pint can. Tart lemon/lime aroma with notes of green apple, coriander and salt. Pours cloudy, pale golden colored with a thin white head that has no retention or lacing. Starts with tart lemon/lime flavors with notes of coriander. Finishes dry and very tart with green apple and salt flavors. Decent gose, but a bit too tart.

Can. Pale golden like apple juice with a small white head. Crispy green apples, funky, lemon, lacto, salt, earthy herbs. Very acid/sour. - even too much. The acidity dominates everything else and leaves quite a bit to be desired.

Can. Poured a hazy light amber color with a minimal white fizzy head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Good complex herbal aroma. Medium body with tingly texture and soft carbonation. Moderate sour complex flavor with a moderate complex sour & salt finish of medium duration. Interesting complex brew.
