Das Berliner Berg Pale Ale ist ein klassisches American Pale Ale. Durch ein traditionelles britisches Maischeverfahren und Maris Otter Malz erhält das Bier eine kupfergoldene Farbe und eine mittelstarken malzigen Körper. Der Malzkörper harmoniert dabei ideal mit der sanften Bitterkeit der edlen amerikanischen Aromahopfen, die Nuancen von Zitrus, Obst und Pinien enthalten. Natürlich ungefiltert.

Bottle @ Koshary Lux, Berlin. Hazy pale golden color. Stiff, frothy off white head with lacing. Aroma's: malty sweetness, soft fruit. Retronasal it's fruity, herbal, light sweet, bitterish. Flavor is moderate bitter, light herbal. Light medium bodied. Finishes moderate bitter. Went well with my somewhat spicy food.

Draught at Berlin Bar shared with Djoeye. Low fluffy and quickly disappearing white head. Clear yellow golden body. Mild appele per peach flavor with little hops bitterness, low carbonation and a short finish.

Pours a slightly cloudy yellow body with an off white frothy head. Aroma is nicely hoppy. Grapefruit, grassy, floral. Taste is nicely mellow. Not to bitter but still with some juicy hops. Grapefruit and dankness mostly. Smooth texture, soft carbonation.

Bottle at home, kind courtesy of Mrs. Sjogro. Unclear golden with white head. Sweet malts, grain, bread, potato peel, honey, tropical fruit, tea, biscuits, herbal hops. Moderate sweet and somewhat more bitter. Medium body, malty feel and soft carbonation. Slightly yeasty finish. Nice beer with a good bite. Funny to see it doesn't mention reinheitsgebot nor the word beer on the label.

My fav pale ale ever. Hazy golden body with a small, persistent white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, mango, resin. Taste is an explosion of ripe fruits and malty notes, with a nice piney bitter finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation.
