COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

definitely a straight sour cherry flavour. Overall balanced background with hints of sweetish caramel, roasted flavours that works well with cherry sourness

0.5l bottle from #1244. Looks really nice. A purple slightly clouded deep color with a a dark pinkish slowly fading head. It smells really delicate and fruity. Loaded with blackberry, cherries and strawberry sweetness. Some grassy tones, a little almond. Yeah, likable for sure. It's rather high, nit disturbing on the carbonation and thinnish near watery in the mouth. Sweet and sourish cherries in the taste. Green strawberries and a generic wild berry thing toward the finish. Really lightdrinkable, and great with pizza. 27.04.2018

Bottle 50 cl. Clear, pale pinkish with a tiny, white head. Very discreet berry aroma. Medium body, tart cherry notes and a high carbonation - almost champagne like. Interesting and refreshing. 271217

Botella. Murky deep dark red purple brown like colour, small bubbly head. Pleasantly tart cherry fruity malty aroma. Sweet cherry tart flavour, chicken butt like, yeasty bit, malty, fair bitterness. Sour cherry fruity pleasant finish. Nice!

Tap at SKAAL, thanks Jens! Pours dark ruby red, some hint of pink foam on top - but just a hint. Aroma is soft and actually a bit sourish-funky, some barnyard there which is very likeable. Flavour brings out some cherry tartness, more of that funk and light sweetness. Definitely not sugary but you can feel cherry flesh when drinking this.

Deep red color with medium pink head; aroma is cherries, quite sweet, some hints of lactic sourness; taste is on the sweet side and dominated by cherries, slightly tart, fruity and a little bit lingering sweet finish; texture is juicy with low to medium carbonation; could use a little more sourness
