A: malty, orange peels, herbal, citrus, floral T: light malty base, bit orange, soapy, mineral, citrus, bit herbal, medium carbonation, if I correctly understand brewed with sea water from 15m deep so quite interesting beer, partially enjoyed.

UPDATED: JUN 5, 2021 Robe blonde claire trouble , mousse blanche qui tombe très très vite ( aussi vite qu un soda ) nombreuses bulles très fines type eau gazeuse. Au nez , on trouve facilement des notes de citron puis de blé , enfin des notes de fruit en fin de nez type pêche , abricot et des notes plus orangė. Bouche très très pétillante , on retrouve l idée d un soda. Première note citronnė , puis herbacé ,et enfin le côté salé arrive pour durer jusqu'à la final , accompagné de touche plus fruité ( encore une fois la pêche , l'abricot , l orange ) Drôle de sensation de boire de l eau pétillante naturellement salé , aromatisé au fruit ...

UPDATED: APR 3, 2020 1) Le cinquieme bière de mes vacances. En bouteille sur la plage @ Ile Renote. Pale and opaque with a loose white collar. Slightly tangy isotonic front with peppery mellow lemon peel. Aroma white pepper, clove and dried orange peel. Bit sweetish and odd but nothing wrong with that. 2) Back home. Lager gold with a fine narrow lid. Saline, lime jelly, wheat citrus aroma. Good crisp herbal and botanical lime jelly notes with a dab of salinity. Tasty, fresh, not dull. 747414.

UPDATED: OCT 27, 2017 Bottle. 'Mor Braz Blanche'. Very light cloudy golden/yellow with a short-lived head. Aroma of cooked vegetables (asparagus, cabbage), citrus fruits and coriander. Taste is fruity, sour, tart and slightly salty. Vegetables, grains and citrus fruits. Medium carbonation. Feels kind of strange at first. Takes some time to get used to but it gets better and even refreshing. But I can't say that I'm really a fan.

It is a particular beer. At firt it’s a schoking, the salt it’s present, but i came to like it. It’s like a row Gose, Far from perfect but a must try, it’s something new and aniway not a Witbier like we usually think of
