UPDATED: JUN 13, 2018 Plus une blonde qu'une blanche, une bière qui manque un peu d'arôme mais agréable à la dégustation avec cet arrière goût légèrement salé.

Grumpelmies (556) - GERMANY - OCT 27, 2017
UPDATED: OCT 27, 2017 Bottle. 'Mor Braz Blanche'. Very light cloudy golden/yellow with a short-lived head. Aroma of cooked vegetables (asparagus, cabbage), citrus fruits and coriander. Taste is fruity, sour, tart and slightly salty. Vegetables, grains and citrus fruits. Medium carbonation. Feels kind of strange at first. Takes some time to get used to but it gets better and even refreshing. But I can't say that I'm really a fan.

It is a particular beer. At firt it’s a schoking, the salt it’s present, but i came to like it. It’s like a row Gose, Far from perfect but a must try, it’s something new and aniway not a Witbier like we usually think of

33cl Bottle shared at Plage de Cleut Rouz. Hazy pale straw with a low saturation and a white head. Sweet malts, seawater, fresh coriander. Light sweet, light salty. Thin body, average carbonation. Refreshing and fitting tastes to the scenery here.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Thanks Eric for this bottle! As Mor Braz Blanche.Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat, coriander, a bit of lacto, and salt. Rather dry flavor, slightly tart, with some wheat, coriander, and nice saltiness. Light-bodied, well-carbonated. Refreshing. Somewhat Gose-ish.

TheJestersBeer (2431) - SWEDEN - MAR 12, 2013
330ml bottle. Hazy pale straw, white head. Spicy, hoppy aroma, yeast, citrus, lightly phenolic. Dry, medium body and bitterness, balanced CO2. Hoppy, salty taste, citrus, malt, phenols, yeast. Very strange, the salt is just weird. (2013-03-12)

lusikka (7837) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUN 27, 2012
750 ml bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, Tampere. BBE 09/2013.
Pours a pale yellow colour with a white head. Aroma of citrusy tartness and weak herbs. Flavour is really interesting; heavy salty water, citrus, wheat, spices and some sweet notes. Surprisingly heavily bodied (because of the salt, probably) and slick mouthfeel. Finishes salty and citrusy. Interesting.
