Rich dark chocolate flavor mixed with very dark roasted barley. Sweet, but not too much; Just enough to hide any bitterness. Smooth and creamy mouthfeel. The 8.0% ABV and 45 IBU are both well hidden. Great balance and a great beer.

Olivine roast, malty aroma with nuts and baker's chocolate. Sweet, satisfying, nicely bitter. Balance is very good and the flavors play well together. Chewy mouthfeel, dense bodied. Has a little bit of astringency in the end, which I consider a flaw. Righteous. ABC Liquors, Betton.
