Bottle. Murky pinkish-burgundy pour with a light pink-tinged head. Aroma is tart, blueberry and raspberry. Taste is less tart than expected, a hint of sweetness, dry balanced finish. Really flavourful.

Backlog PAKK 2017 - Zarówno w aromacie jak i smaku mnóstwo owoców leśnych, jeżyny , maliny nawet czarna porzeczka. Bardzo gładkie, subtelne, całkowicie ukryty alkohol. Pyszne

Sergey’s hunt, bottled Nov 2016
Hazy red-purple color. Mild aroma of berries, manure. Smooth and dry mouthfeel, berry juice flavor, with some final astringency. The final is rather short.
Very good, it has some layers of complexity.

375ml bottle (thx, Jonathan J.!) shared at Alex’s with Jamey. Bottled in November 2016. Pours a purple with almost no head. Aroma is saddle, berries, slightly funky. Taste is similar, with some smokey and woody notes in aftertaste. Quite dry. Refreshing, quite good.

*12/27/2015 375ml bottle poured into a Hill Farmstead taster. A~ crazy amazing color! glowing pinkish purple with a tiny head and no lacing. S~ blast of fruit straight to the brain! tons of fresh fruit but mostly black currant forward followed by amazing wine barrel funk. T~ seriously incredible how you can pick out each individual fruit! raspberry’s, black currant’s, and blueberry’s slam the pallet up front followed by a little zesty wheat, white wine barrel funk and little black pepper on the finish. M~ extremely smooth, great carb and refreshing. O~ this is up there with Flora Plum! the mix berry cocktail just puts it over the top! one thing though... try to keep the yeast in the bottle, this is one instance where the dregs just don’t work. i heard some people saying they got slight band-aid/plastic off flavors and the yeast is the culprit! so just be careful! otherwise this is out of this world!
