COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our newest hoppy American pale ale, Skimpy Sparrow, is the latest edition in our "Small Bird Series" of lower ABV, draft-only offerings. The nose is an intense, complex fusion of pineapple, grapefruit pith, and woodsy hop aromatics. Citrus rind, grape jam, and lemon fill out the flavor profile, with a firm and long-lasting bitterness. Very dry and effervescent, light to medium bodied.

MALT: American 2-row Barley, White Wheat Dextrine, C-15,
HOPS: Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe Citra, Columbus

jbruner (7383) - Davis, California, USA - NOV 20, 2018
Pours a super hazy golden yellow from the can with fluffy white head that dissipates to leave moderate lace. Aroma of new school zesty earth and tropical fruit hop notes over a touch of biscuit and wheat. Taste follows, add a touch of citrus and juice to the tropical earth, definitely huge on the new school hops. Very solid pale ale, that borders the IPA.
