Bottle from Erzengel. Cheers ears. Floral and caramel aroma with a sour edge to it. Dark chestnut. Thick foamy light beige head. Initial light sweetness before bitterness comes in. The sweetness then gains prominence as I drink more. Medium bodied. Creamy. Average carbonation - an attempt at fizzy. Abrupt finish. For me the this has the right amount of sweetness and bitterness to provide a balance. I could drink a few.

Many thanks for this small swing-top bottle to Mariusz.

On-tap at the brewery stall. Slight haze to the brown body, the head a beige affair than soon left the scene. Malty molasses rule the nose and taste with caramel on brown bread coming into my mind. Semi-sweet throughout, light hop action late on.

Clear deep reddish brown color, smallish tan head. Malty, light grainy, a bit toasted, some fruits scent. Malty, light berries, mineral, medium hoppy, bitter, cream, toasted taste. Grainy, fruity, bitter, mineral aftertaste. Fizzy medium mouthfeel, medium to medium low bitterness.
Fresh, nice, quaffable, could have more of this!

Flip-top litre bought in Leer, pours deep brown with a lasting thin head and light aromas of coffee and red fruit. Dry-dusty yet also fruity-sweet. Gentle grassy bitterness, hints of orange and berry fruit. Very drinkable.
