Bottle 33 cl / Bier-Bienne (CH). Amber with a nice white head on fine sparkling and floats, laces. Aromas of citrus, honey and caramel. The taste is soft, malt and toffy with full of citrus and pine. The bitterness is not excessive despite the IBU, the beer is creamy and mossy, sweetened and very perfumed, fruity of tangerine, apricot, zest, the whole coated with caramel. anstei (2670) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - APR 8, 2017
Bottle, just within date, but like 10 months old. Pours cloudy amber with a big white head. Aroma is old piney hops, some caramel. Body is medium, very bitter with some very residual sweetness. Palate is short and bitter as well. Okay, but clearly too old, they shouldn’t give it a one year date. Bov (13354) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - SEP 29, 2016
from Craft Beer Festival, Zürich - very hazy orange beer with a moderate head retention; nice lace; hoppy aroma of citrus and pine, notes of caramel; full-bodied, light sticky, tasty; a fair bitterness; gentle residual sweetness, long hoppy finish of peaches, citrus and pines - clean and with a fair character CloakedDagger (2876) - - SEP 27, 2016
Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a huge and frothy white head, leaving some laces. Nose is subtle spice, as in lemongrass, but quite refreshing. Medium body, a dry fruitiness with an extremely bitter finish. A little off-balance, the late bitterness is quite extreme. MrTipple (6580) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 23, 2016
Aroma: exotic fruits, peaches, light, sweet citrus fruits. Appearance: slightly hazy, pale gold, creamy, medium, white head. Taste: light bitter. Palate: hoppy bitters continue, floral hops, very light exotic fruits again, soft carbonation, lightly bitter finish. Overall: excellent IPA, good aroma, palate decent enough. Bottle at The International Beer Bar, Zurich.
