UPDATED: JUN 7, 2023 Bottled. Hazy deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, some salty and mild grainy and spicy notes. Flavour is salty, some grains, spices, fruits and mild earthy notes.

Keg at the Redchurch Brewery, Bethnal Green In 2017. Hazy golden with a thin white head. Aroma of sour fruit, tart berries and mild brine. Saltiness present, but not too overpowering. Citrus, orange and grainy flavours.

Tap at six degrees north. Nose is salty pineapple, apricot, mandarin. Palate is salty pineapple, orange, physalis, mandarin, salty finish. Proper gose.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with small, frothy, collapsing, white head. Spicy, fruity aroma, hints of rotting orchard fruit, salty overtones. Taste is biting sour, tangy, salty, lactic, acidic fruity, hints of salted lemon, a touch of coriander.

No smell. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of salt, coriander, soap. Coriander does not fit well. Salty, slightly sour. Wild carbon, light body.

UPDATED: AUG 18, 2017 A gose with some coriander seeds. Fresh salty nose, with similar palate, but almost sweet undertones in the end. Great to either quenching or building a thirst.

@la Fine Mousse, Paris - very hazy dark blond beer, no foam; fresh fruits and salt in the nose; thin-bodied, almost no carbonation, pretty tasteless short and shyly salty, fruity and faint spicy finish

330 ml bottle, eebria discovery. A velvet-like balanced salty sour with light carbonation. Smashing taste!

Aroma: coriander and salty. Appearance: hazy golden color and white head. Taste: saltiness, sourness, coriander, dry. Palate: low body and medium carbonation. Overall: decent Gose, should be more intensive.

On tap at 2. Celler Bierfest. Comes with a cloudy amber color and a small white head. The nose is sour-salty with some acidic aroma, hints of herbs and coriander, citrus fruits. Taste is very nice: Taste is a little less sour than the nose, but still sour: Citrus, orange, pears with lovely salty taste. The finish is herbal and sour- grapefruit-peel-. Very nice one!
