33cl bottle. Super cloudy amber pour. Aroma is sweet caramel malt and a gin-like quality. Flavor is a touch sour, sprucey, berry, nice flavors, good beer.

At a tasting, thanks, smallish head, murky very dark orange color, aroma of shrubs and disinfectant with some spice and soda behind, flavor of sour bread, spice and minerals, quite sour but balanced by sweetness, strong and a but agressive carbonation. Feels muddled, fair but not easy to drink.

Tap at Erzbierschof Zurich. Lots of herbs, coriander, pepper, rosemary. Really a herbal garden in the nose. Salty, with a light and super smooth soft body. Very fine but quite a lot of carbonation. Herbs and spices reappear on the palate which is medium long. Unusual but good and definitely a beer worth trying.

[email protected] - hazy ruby-brown beer with a creamy long lasting beige foam; nutty maltiness in the nose, marzipan and alpine herbs; fairly sweet, medium to full-bodied, subtle carbonation, earthy finish with light residual sweetness and notes of pears, candy sugar and herbs

Dark amber color with beige head. Aroma has intense spicy, herbal notes. I couldnt really tell what kinds of herbs. Slightly minty, gingery, black tea and cloves. Taste follows with the same notes, just slightly tart but overall quite balanced with a slightly sweeter finish. Medium body and carbonation. Its a weird beer for sure but its not bad.
