Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day one, 08/09/17. A dark orange coloured pour with a off white head. Aroma is woody mould funk, vinegar, red fruit. Flavour is composed of woody moulkdy funk, spicy vinegar sour, biscuit. Palate is semi sweet, spicy vinegar, tart, tannin. ok.

UPDATED: JAN 21, 2019 On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Color cognac/brunastro, limpida, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso note di frutta rossa, legnose, vinose, leggero acetico. In bocca è acida decisa con acetico finale presente. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Andrebbe rifinita un po'.

Bottle at the Kiselo Druženje (Sour Gettogether), 2017. Thanks! Dark amber, medium tan head. Fruity and toasty with some glue aromas. Light sourness, wood and sweetness in the back. Medium body, moderate carbonation, moderate finish, puckering. Very good!

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. It pours hazy deep red - brown with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, sugary, tangy, bready malt, orange marmalade, pithy, lactic notes and berry. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, sweet - sour, sugary, tangy, red berry, rich oak character, candy, blood orange and must with sour, fruity finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. All comes together rather well. A tasty sour red.

Bottle, 0.75l. Aroma of vinegar, grapes, sour berries, citrus, funk and wood. Clear dark brown color with thin totally disappearing off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts sour yeasty and refreshing fruity, following is woody and cheesy while mouthfeel is crisp and dry. Medium body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. Sour vendetta...
