Bottle shared at overtime tasting session. Barnyard, doh, wood in the nose. Taste is low acetic notes with red berries. Intense sourness. Oily nose, bone dry mouthfeel. Very nice and complex.

Pouring at the Shelton Festival 2017. Pours a hazed brown with a medium sized tan head. Wood, fruit,a bit of sweetness, musk. Medium bodied, thins a touch, earthy wood, sweetness. Musk,a bit of vinegar. Long acid into the finish. Quite nice.

Aroma is pure sourness at first sniff. Red apples, wet wood notes. Taste is very nice and funky, with oak notes, sour cherries and red cherry plums. Pleasant, smooth and woody after taste. The oak notes turn it up a notch. Highly recommended!

Unclear medium orange amber colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, tart, berry, wood, red fruit - berry. Flavor is moderate sweet, light to moderate acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration, tart, sweet berry - fruity, funky, rhubarb ? red fruit, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170510]

Flöska keypt í Rúsuni. "Rauðhetta". ð ð ð ð ð ð ð ð Cloudy red-brown colour with a an almost blood orange hue. Small beige head, bubbly, short lasting. Sour, so lovely sour an aroma, funky, with fruits, dark fruits and red berries, again so lovely a sourness. Good mouthfeel. Sour funky fruity red berries, goose berries plum and malty flavour, bit roastish like in the spiced bit like finish with plenty of funkiness. Dry, Yuuummmmmm.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark red/brown with limited whitish foam. Aroma is complex, acetic but also lemon, plum. Body is average with abundant carbonation, and marked astringency. Taste is partly sweet, but most of all sour. Finish is short.

[5/10/17] Draught at Koelschip in Copenhagen. Hazy deep reddish amber. Funk, cobwebs, cellar, malt, red fruits, tart, light sweetish note, medium-bodied. Really good.
