Bottle @Christmas Tasting 30.07.2017. Pours brown/red, no head. Nose is fruit, prunes, raisins, also smells like it has oxidised, slight cardboard. Taste is more fruit, ’i know this sounds odd but it smelt like raisins but tastes like sultanas’, also more oxidisation but in a good way.

Vintage, at least 10 years old bottle. Oh boy, this is rich. Perfectly oxidised sherry notes, almond, fig, floral honey, cherries. Slick and smooth, very sweet, amazing flavour depth. Like sherry on steroids basically.
