UPDATED: APR 24, 2020 Strong smooth dark beer salty with a hint of caramelization and something else that I cant quite put my tastebuds on but it's not horrible but not great either

3.8
Gott

blariacum (656) - Nijmegen, NETHERLANDS - FEB 15, 2020
UPDATED: FEB 15, 2020 Fles. Aroma zoet, mout, metaal. Smaak stout, drop (sokkepeek). Donkerbruin, schuin verdwijnt snel. Iets waterig. Goed drinkbaar, maar niet overdonderend

kolemkoukolem (1855) - Pilsen, CZECH REPUBLIC - FEB 5, 2020
UPDATED: FEB 5, 2020 # 1152; 7/2018. Chuťove velmi bohaté pivo. Silně pražené s lehce nakyslým ocáskem, který mi připomněl darjeelingy. Kávové, sušené ovoce. Parádní dlouhé doznívání.

jann3 (631) - Espoo, FINLAND - JAN 6, 2020
UPDATED: JAN 6, 2020 Pours dark brown with a smallish beige head. Sweet and intense aroma with notes of raisins, caramel and dried fruits. Taste is sweet with syrup, caramel, raisins and a hint of coffee. Finishes with dryish touch of alcohol. Full body with sticky and sugary mouthfeel. A good and typical bock beer. (Poured from a 0,5l bottle, bb 04.04.20)

edward78 (185) - West Wickham, Kent, ENGLAND - DEC 31, 2019
UPDATED: FEB 24, 2020 Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Pours a very dark mahogany colour with a fast dissipating beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, dry dark fruits, caramel, chocolate, coffee, cherries, brown bread and brown sugar. Taste is the same notes as the aroma and very full flavoured. Full bodied with a lovely thick oily mouth smacking mouthfeel. Long dark fruity and sweet finish. Very moreish for the strength. One of my favourite bocks. Great beer. Delicious!

Flavour of burnt sugar, Calpol and boiled blackcurrant sweets. Medium to full body with a sticky, chewy mouthfeel. Light fizz. Sweet and delicious.
