Level 6 bottleshare. Semi opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Light palate, smooth, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, light creamy sweetness. Smooth candy chocolate, smooth candy fruits. Smooth finish. Fine, a little sweet.

UPDATED: MAY 8, 2019 A deep, dark brown colour. Roasty cocoa flavours, a whiff of coconut aroma. Smooth, good mouth feel. For all the flavours that go into this beer, it's also eminently drinkable.

UPDATED: APR 23, 2019 Half growler. Brown-black pour with a creamy tan film of foam. Big aroma of vanilla toffee, chocolate, roasted walnut and toasted coconut. Flavor has the same mix plus dark bread and a bit of espresso in the finish. Medium-plus mouthfeel with silky smooth, low-medium carbonation. Dangerously drinkable with a great balance for a dessert-styled brew.

Toranomon summer tasting. Dark brown pour, some light brown foam. Dusty nose, cocoa, dark chocolate, lightly bitter. Tastes bitter and cocoa focused, good dusty bitterness, sweet but dry edge there. Bitter dark chocolate. Lightly dark fruits, sweetish. Pretty good actually, liking this quite a lot.

Nice sweet malty nose with nice nibs character in the nose. Lighter body than expected, smooth with good nibs character. Rounded. Alcohol well hidden, but still a bit, and just a bit, one dimensional. Not bad
