Milliacus is available in both bottle and keg.
Milliacus is brewed according to a traditional method of the Bellovaques region, in Milly-sur-Thérain at the heart of Beauvaisis, on land belonging to Louis Bourdon, the Count de Clermont, a descendant of Saint Louis, famed for his bravery and devotion. Louis de Bourdon took part in numerous crusades, from one of which he is reputed to have brought back the recipe for a famous beer. But like his ancestor, Dagobert, a little absent-minded, he must have lost it in his castle's moat...
Medaille de Bronze, Paris 2005.

375ml bottle corked, caged, clear ber appearance, thin white head. Aroma is surprisingly sweet, aged, barley wine oxidised citric orange. Taste is fairly clean and light with soft oxidised sweet malt, citric orange. Not that great.

Ambrée foncée voilée, première bouche douce, malt et caramel léger, un poil sucrée, puis petite amertume. 50cl à la pression, bue à La Lingerie, Paris, France, le 25/11/2017.

Bottle in Laon. Great smooth caramellt beginning. Fresh, highly drinkable with a nice herbal smooth caramelly body. Hints of sourness & funk, caramel, moderate sweetish. Great and refreshing deep brew!

Lubiere (17103) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 16, 2013
A reddish brown ale with a thick mocha head. In aroma, a smooth dark fruit malt with light oxidation, so-so. In mouth, a smooth dark fruits with honey, a bit old but OK. Tasted with GRM March 1 2013.

Countbeer (6587) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - OCT 3, 2012
Bottle: Nice firm plop and there is a very nice clear darker orange amber colored beer with a vast thicker but small and slow disappearing (into. ) white/off white/ashy head. Smell is very nice, pleasant for the nose: malts, barleys, vinous, toffee, wood, hops, earth, hint of bourbon Taste is nice malty/barleys mixed with toffee, wood, raisin, spices, light to medium bitter, cream, prunes, light vanilla, some slight hints of syrup/molasses while it is not sweet. Nice nose, nice body but the aftertaste is a bit weak, guess if this was stronger or more present in a delicate way it would have scores a 4 or higher. There some hints of malts, raisin, orane, light yeasty and some bitter and spicyness. Low to light medium carbo, soft (light) creamy mouthfeel, a good medium body and a creamy texture. One of the few good Biere de Garde that I have had.

madsberg (11907) - Søborg, DENMARK - MAR 19, 2011
Bottled. Amber coloured. Loads of floaties. Small off white dense head. Aroma of fruits, caramel, light spice. Flavour of caramel, spice, light sterin, sweetness. Medium bodied. Dry caramelly end. Quite nice and quaffable.
