Beer Helsinki. Ambery golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, wooden, herbal and some grassy notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, grassy, some slight chewy rubber and mild alcohol notes.
@ Craft Beer Helsinki. Pours hazy amber with a medium-sized head that leaves lacing. The aroma features mostly caramel maltiness and piney hoppiness; also a touch of citrusy fruitiness. Not as powerful as some DIPAs have. Taste is medium sweet initially, later bending toward a bitter finish; however, hoppiness is fairly mild for this style. The palate is medium-bodied and low in carbonation. Sweet, lightly hopped DIPA. Hermod (7693) - Vantaa, FINLAND - JUN 30, 2016
