COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

BlackHaddock (15453) - The County Time Forgot, Shropshire, ENGLAND - DEC 28, 2016
On-tap: In de Wildeman, Amsterdam (19th Dec 2016). Misty amber pour, large white crown on top. Interesting blend of aromas and flavours: semi-sour, semi-sweet. Citrus notes all through with caramel traces alongside, some farmyard like esters too, yeasty flavours in the finish. Different and glad I tried it. Can’t believe it’s 30 years since Hank and his wife took over In de Wildeman. I can’t remember when I first started using it: lost a few weekends in Amsterdam over the years!
