COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Summer in a bottle. Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Witty Nelson starts off as the perfectly refreshing summer beer. As it ages, the tropical notes make way for a growing complexity of wit spiciness, saison characteristics, and the elegant aromas of white wine.

330 ml bottle
A summery brew with lime juice, witbier yeast and Nelson Sauvin. Actually the white wine elements are pretty noticable. Another bottle aged for a year has almost none of the Nelson Sauvin aroma left but is still good.

from CraftGallery - clear pale golden beer with a poor head retention; perfumy wheaty citrusy and berries aroma; fresh; a decent malt backbone; tart and lively palate; moderate carbonation; some sweetness before a decent sourness; dry fruity and wheaty finish

erickok (5692) - Leuven, BELGIUM - OCT 10, 2016
Fresh aroma of passion fruit, grapes, pineapple. Pale and somewhat toasted malts, but all in balance. Very light carbonation, which makes it quite a bit fuller tasting than expected. Not sure if that fits the beer, but its not bad or anything. Soft bitterness. Nice aroma, okay taste. (33cl bottle from Saveur Bire, I think)

Bottle from Saveur-Biere.com - Color: blond beer with no carbonation and small white foam. Smell: fruity domination, passion fruit. Hoppy, grassy with small sourness. Taste: medium body with wheat malt. Fresh sensation with fruity taste as passion fruits, and peach notes. Good attenuation. Quiet drinkable. Aftertaste: fruity small sourness, wet bitterness.
