This is a BIG beer. Mind Blowing ammounts of hops give this beer tons of flavour and aroma. Not for the faint of heart. The big mean cousin to the original Phillips IPA.

drjoeng (1873) - SINGAPORE - MAY 21, 2018
8.5%ABV. Double IPA. Tapped out amber. 12ºSRM. Nose has overripe peach and pineapple, pleasant sweet aromas suggesting lychee, guava. There is a pleasant spicy tang of fresh pine needles, cilantro and wild scallion. Nose has some really nice deep dank aromas suggesting Mouthfeel is juicy. Good carbonation. Palate has animal crackers, raw graham and toasted barley. Hop flavors are pine needles, pine resin, langsat seed bitter, earthy and fresh green sappy twigs. Finish is medium, clean and with a lingering perfumed bitter. Overall a big brew that balances bready very nicely with big spicy, sappy hop flavors and finishes with a flavor of Agoura bitters. Really really pleasant.
