UPDATED: MAR 30, 2023 Bottled. Amber colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is berries, some fruity, malty and mild toffee tones. Flavour is sweet fruity and floral tones with some sugary and mild dried fruity elements. A bit toffee tones to it.

UPDATED: JUL 8, 2021 33Cl bottle best by 10/2023 - nose is yeast and leather. Faint smoke. Not a bière de garde. A sweet schwarzbier.

Bottle, 75cL. Home. A sparkling dark brown beer with mahogany hues. Medium white head with a poor retention. Aroma of roast, caramel, smoke, coffee (light), acid. Medium sweet, sharp lasting acid. Light body, thin texture, fizzy carbonation, sweet finish with an acid note. Overall, pleasant sweet spicy french ale.

Bof! Bof!.... Trop sucré!!! Toujours déçu par ces bières françaises de base sans gout ou mal conçues... Pas bonne!

Bottle. Amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is sourness, malt, caramel. Flavour is sourness, malt, caramel, pine. Boring beer.

Clear medium amber - brown red colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, tart - sour. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, sour, soured milk, caramel. IMO quit odd beer ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120623]

Bottle@Ulfborg. Pours amber with an offwhite head. Aroma of sour berries, dried fruits, malt and caramel. Flavor is sweet and somewhat sour with some brown sugar, caramel and dried fruits. Medium to thin body, average carbonation.

Pours cloudy deep amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, berries and yeast. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. Almost clear body, reddish copper color and with a small, off-white head. Milky sour nose with some dried fruits and a touch of piney hops. Not very nice. Neither is the flavor, with it’s sourness dominating. Dried fruits and some bitterness too. Medium body, dry. Another rather poor beer from this brewery. 120623

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are sour malt, yeast, fruits, citrus and hops. Odd beer. Not very good.
