UPDATED: OCT 14, 2018 My favorite today. 5 oz pour. Bright orange, lace doesn't stay. Barnyard, funky nose, musty with apples primarily. Beautiful small carbonated mouthfeel. UPDATED: OCT 13, 2018 Blend 7 16/17. Bottle from LCBO. Pours clear orange lots of head and no lacing. Notes of sour apple, some oak, maybe some white wine must. Taste medium/bit tart, light sweet. Medium sticky body lively acidic sour bite that lasts forever in the finish. Beauty.

Amber colour, small white head. Funky, earthy, white grapey aroma - quite typical Geuze-aroma. Light to medium-bodied, sparkling carbonation. Tart, earth, grapey, citrusy flavour. Mouthpuckering but pleasant way. Elegant youngish lambic.

Taste: Combination of medium sour and moderate sweet flavours, grain, hay, Brett, funk, barnyard. Fruiy notes of sour white berries / grape, sugary hints. Complex and very nice balanced. Great beer. 750 ml bottle purchased at Novare Res. Batch 23. Dirty orange appearance. Aroma of moldy cheese, Dusty basement, old lemon. Yeah, look dawg, I het why some folks like this. I do.
For me it is like drinking smashed moldy cheese that was liquefied in the basement of a 175 year old farmhouse. If you like it, I get it. Cheers!
