NOTE: All blends belong under this entry.

750ml bottle @ Matt's Green tasting. Pours a cloudy golden colour with a nice white head. Nose is wonderful lambic funk with petroleum hints. Flavour is nicely sour, deliciously funky, hints of citrus zest, subtle grapes. Medium bodied, nice carbonation, smooth and delicious.

blend 1 season 16/17 75 cl bottle. cork exploded off, but very little spilling, pretty agressive carbonation. This is one hell of a belgian sour, one hell of a gueuze, one of the best i ever tasted. cloudy orange, small white head. super sour aroma, super tart, faint leather, faint fruity notes resembling apricot. quite complex and wild, yet also quite clean, awseome sour aroma 9 flavor is leather, hay, tartness, super dry sourness, a little more bretty than citrussy, but enough sourness to keep it very refreshing. 8 pal 3 ov 18

Bottle shared at home with Shonali at our anniversary. Lightly hazy golden yellow colour, no head at all. Nose is green herbs, hay, citrusses, light acidity, funk. Taste is also herby, citrussy, zesty sourness, green apples, horseblanket umami. Salty aftertaste. Yummy. Rich, complex, and amazing.

UPDATED: JUL 16, 2018 A hazed golden Gueuze with a thin white head. In aroma, nice tart Gueuze with horse blanket, light Bret, leathery, delicate. In mouth, a nice tart mix of lemon pulp, light Brett, light lactic notes, light horse blanket, very nice. Bottle at Lupulus.

Bottle from Ghost Whale, Brixton. Rusty orange amber beer with a thin white head which dissipates quickly to nothing. Nose is lactobacilus sour and tart, apple, cider, white vinegar, funk, slight bone dry white grape. Taste is soft, tart, sour, funky, white apple flesh, cider, white vinegar. Softer and more delicate than the regular 3F.

Tasted from bottle. Pours a hazy gold with effervescent thick white head. Quite a bit of carbonation. Aroma of apples, grapes, Belgian yeast. Crisp, refreshing tart mouthfeel. Lots of apple flavors with the grapes and tart sour belgian notes. I’m not a huge sour fan but this is excellent. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: JUL 4, 2018 My first from this brewery. A delicious golden-amber sour beer with a well-balanced taste. A lot of fruitiness that reminded me of grapes and apples. Sharp, fruity, earthy, lightly funky, textural palate. I am glad I got to try it (found one in World Foods— crazy). Sipped on it in the sun while my friend sketched; when he tried it he did not like it, though.

UPDATED: JUL 3, 2018 Same appearance as the regular Oude Geuze. The sent of this one is less intense, in comparison with the regular geuze, this one's softer in taste. The same kind of taste but softer. This one is a little bit dryer and has a small amount of wooden bitterness. Very enjoyable!

UPDATED: JUN 30, 2018 Bouteille 37.5cl. Robe cuivrée limpide à bulles fines et mousse blanche. Nez un peu soufré, fruits. Bouche pleine, ronde, effervescente, aux goûts de fruits verts, pomme verte, raisin, citron. Grosse carbo, finale sèche et acide. Bonne geuze!
