Keg tap at BrewDog Leicester. Golden, hazy with a film of white head. Light spicy yeast in the aroma, some Chablis, some rice vinegar. Bittersweet and spicy taste, with a strong hop profile to the finish: I'm getting a lot of the Hallertau. Body is thin, thin, thin, and it's not aided by low carbonation. Not a perfect beer, but it's a fun recipe and refreshing to drink. john44 (3510) - SW London, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 8, 2018
Keg at BrewDog, Shepherds Bush, London in Jan 2018 - Hazy yellow in colour. Medium foamy white head. Good lacing. Fruity; citrus lemon and grapefruit. Hoppy; good hop bitterness, grassy hops. Bit spicy, peppery. Malty; grainy malts. Very dry. Bitter dry citrus fruity and hoppy throughout. Didn't get the rice. Liked it. Very refreshing. Interesting beer. Aromas of corn syrup, grain malt, hay, crackers, yeast funk, lemon, citrus and carbonated malts. Pours a bright gold with a lively foam and lacing. Taste brings mellow grain malt, barley, corn starch, crackers, funky yeast, melon, bread and citrus to the palate. Finishes dry with residual bread and dough notes. Overall, fairly one noted and bland but refreshing and palatable.

Hazy golden straw, small tight head with some vague persistence. Very nice fruity sweet saison aroma, pretty much cookie-cutter saison. Watery palate, fizzy, harsh bitterness, some chalky minerally dryness. Malts very thin in this, carbonic acid clear, hops harsh and bitter. Finish a little fruity, but the hop resins are dusty and dirty. Not a disaster, but when compared with the lovely 4.2% bitters I've just come back from, this is a bit of a mess.
Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren, 4.2%. Hazy yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, grainy and hop. Flavour is malt, fruit, grainy, hop, medium sweet, little dry and a little bitter. Stuu666 (15525) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JAN 22, 2018
